Intentional Creativity, developed by Shiloh Sophia and her mentor, Sue Hoya Sellers, is a guided, step by step method of mindful creativity where the individual and their story can be transformed from the inside out – not from an outside source or external medicine/healer. This transformation happens because the one telling the story rewrites it in a way that works for the creation of their lives.

INTENTIONAL CREATIVITY IS A MOVEMENT SPREADING ACROSS THE GLOBE WITH A MESSAGE OF HEALING.

A movement where the individual and their story can be transformed from the inside out- not from an outside source or external medicine/healer. This transformation happens by the choice of the one telling the story in the first place. The one who is at cause for changing it in a way that works for the creation of their lives. Through choosing to create with intention, we become empowered to be the author of our future.

Intentional Creativity uses the Muse (the voice of guidance that feeds you rather than feeds off you), as we go on a visioning journey together to find her and gather the medicine, gifts, tools, or knowledge she has for us. The canvas is the portal through which we make a more physical connection and painting and writing are the tools used to assist the Muse to emerge into being.

The core teaching of Intentional Creativity is about bringing in your whole self through your intention so that you can live fully liberated into the being you are here to express in the world.

The painting becomes a power generator as every thought and inquiry is infused into the painting. A quantum reality appears as we bring our mindfulness to something that actually lights you up. As you light up you are lighting up the field that we are all part of and hence we light the earth.

All of our life experiences are held in story. We are generally not conscious of how we hold the story, what we make it mean or where it is stored in our field. The created image holds the sacred space for our experience of the story.
