What if the answers you have been seeking can be discovered within your very own heart? What if negative feelings can be understood and even healed and transformed using a creative blending of words and images? Cosmic Smash Booking is a mash-up between art journaling and Intentional Creativity®. As you play at transforming an ordinary composition book into an intuitively-created work of art, you’ll have the opportunity to experience simple and powerful mindfulness-meditation techniques. Through this creative process you will be guided to access information about yourself from a soul-level so you may gain new insights, see new solutions and possibilities, and offer yourself healing and wisdom. When: Saturday, March 14 10:00 am to 4:00 pm All materials, snacks and beverages will be supplied. Please bring your own lunch.
